QuickBooks Error Code OLSU 1013 is a banking problem that occurs when your QB and bank are unable to connect with each other. It's possible that you have an inactive bank account set up for QuickBooks Online banking. When the problem message occurs, simply click Cancel to cancel the setup and try setting up the account for online services again.
